This bottle of first Flush Ginger is an outcome of our obsession to discover the finest possibility in the taste of Ginger, to create what we can best describe as ` Single Malt’ of Ginger.

Two years ago Courtyard Memories traced the best of Himalayan Ginger to farmers in the inner regions of Himachal Pradesh and launched their flagship product - Tender Himalayan Ginger - sourcing it from the best growers. Last year they were obsessed about exploring the correlation between the stages of tenderness and taste of Ginger. They sourced the ginger at a pre-harvest stage when the main bulbs of the ginger are not fully formed and the ginger is just beginning to acquire its sharp taste. The ginger shots were graded and individually hand-sliced for bite-size consistency. The lime juice added to it was from a single plantation which grows a variety of lemons with less acidic content – so that it does not overpower the taste of ginger. The ginger in this bottle is a product of a passion to bring a rare and distinct taste of something so familiar.
