"Organic Farmers Co. is a collaboration of nutritious living and sustainable development. Organic Farmers Co started with a simple idea, which is to help people eat better while keeping quinoa's superfood benefits at the basis and core of innovation and research. The company prefers handcrafted and artisanal over mass-produced and factory made, fair trade over fast fads, organics over synthetics. All the crops are currently cultivated in Rajasthan, where although water is scarce, the soil is rich with minerals and untouched for the most part. Organic Farmers Company works with small scale farmers, to induce organic practice and encourage the use of manual processes to promote authenticity and create employment. The quinoa crop is a boon for the farmers in these drought prone conditions as the crop does not require any water for the first 45 days of cultivation. "
