Each and every product at MOOZ is ARTISANAL made by hand in small batches with the same care and dedication, freshly crafted in India. Recipes are curated by a 4th generation Italian cheese maker.
The products are as good as home made. Mooz is extremely health and quality conscious for each product that is made. The by products or waste generated in the process of manufacturing Mooz products is also sustainably used in forms like Okara.
Mooz Mozzarella is made using buffalo's milk and it is mild and delicate in flavor with slight sourness. It is a very good source of protein, niacin, riboflavin, thiamine and biotin.
