Description: Harvested by hand when plump and juicy, the petals from the Hibiscus sabdariffa plant makes a full-bodied, crimson coloured infusion with a flavour similar to tart cranberry. It is naturally caffeine-free and best served with a slice of lemon and/or sweetener to balance the flower’s citrus and tart flavours.
