The planters at Gunibyle Estate are growing coffees along with cacao. Multi-crop agriculture has been part of their heritage which they have managed to change by dedicating different plots to different crops. However, going back to the original practices of growing crops together, has led to notice a difference in the quality of the yield.

About Bili Hu
Bili Hu is a brand born out of a passion for good coffees, in close collaboration with some of the best curers, roasters and coffee estate owners across India. Bili Hu works with farms that are using sustainable agricultural practices and advocates for regenerative farming. It encourages farmers to grow coffees without usage of external fertilizers and chemicals, but instead to use farm manure to increase yield. Most of Bili Hu’s partner farms are certified by USDA, UDS, IMO India Organic and many farmer certified. Many of these farms are some of the most bio-diverse hotspots, and certified by wildlife conservation societies for their eco-friendly habitats.
