Fish Finger (Pre Marinated)
Crispy from the outside and juicy from the inside, these fish fingers are a breeze to cook. They make for a tasty appetizer due to the coating on the fish consisting of spices, cornflour and bread crumbs. Making them in an Air Fryer, rather than deep-frying them in oil is another healthier way of making them. We use Mahi Mahi for this preparation, this is a fish close to taste and texture as a Kingfish/Surmai
