The products are as good as home made. Mooz is extremely health and quality conscious for each product that is made. The by products or waste generated in the proceess of manufacturing Mooz products is also sustainably used in forms like Okara. Mooz Feta is produced with mix of sheep and goat’s milk and is aged for two to three months before consumption."
