Dry Oyster Mushrooms
Delicate, mild flavoured, and velvety-textured, oyster mushrooms spruce up your stir-fries, pasta or even salads like no other! The Shroomery team grows oyster mushrooms at their farm all year round, and dry some of their produce to make them handy for when you don't have time to plan ahead for your meal.
All you need to do is soak them in lukewarm water for 30 minutes and they're ready for your pan! Store them in a cool, dry place and they can last up to a whole year.
