Dry Gucchi Mushrooms
Local to many regions in Himachal Pradesh, Gucchi mushrooms thrive in the wilderness, have a unique flavour and a honeycomb head. They are rare, delicate, and now available with Anata! The regular pack comprises of small and medium-sized mushrooms for daily cooking.
All you need to do is soak them in lukewarm water for 30 minutes and they're ready for your pan! Store them in a cool, dry place and they can last up to a whole year.
