Ready to drink Cold brew coffee. The coffee grounds are steeped in cold water for 18 hours overnight and then filtered. cold brew is neither acidic nor bitter because it is not subjected to high temperatures. Cold-brew has high caffeine amounts given the coffee and water interacting for so long. What we finally get is a rich-bodied, dark chocolatey flavor.
Have it over ice or milk. To make it fun, add tonic water. Store in the refrigerator.
Bili Hu is a brand born out of a passion for good coffees, in close collaboration with some of the best curers, roasters and coffee estate owners across India. Bili Hu works with farms that are using sustainable agricultural practices and advocates for regenerative farming. It encourages farmers to grow coffees without usage of external fertilizers and chemicals, but instead to use farm manure to increase yield. Most of Bili Hu’s partner farms are certified by USDA, UDS, IMO India Organic and many farmer certified. Many of these farms are some of the most bio-diverse hotspots, and certified by wildlife conservation societies for their eco-friendly habitats.
