All our products are vegetarian and free from preservatives and any artificial ingredients. We procure the best quality milk from Kumaoni households and lovingly make this into different types of cheese. Our high quality cheese is made without preservatives, emulsifiers or anything artificial (all our products are vegetarian). Our gourmet cheeses stand apart in their quality. Our master cheese maker has trained in Europe and has adopted age old techniques which are used to make cheese with no machines involved. We operate under a fair price model which ensures a sustainable future for our farmer suppliers. Old Hill only engages women from surrounding villages and the production unit is managed by them.
