Mason and Co cacao powder is made entirely from organic cacao beans sourced from farmers in Southern India. They have made their powder with a higher percentage of cacao butter for a lush and well-rounded flavour. While most commercial cacao powders undergo a chemical alkalising process to darken the colour and alter the taste, theirs is completely natural.
