Tropical Tea - Tea-infused Rum Cocktail

This concoction of white rum infused with Ahista Tea's Tropical Goa Blend, 

mixed with flavourful pineapple juice, and Ginger and Turmeric Kombucha will transport you to the beach. 

INGREDIENTS

METHOD 

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add infused rum, fresh pineapple juice, lime juice and bitters over ice and shake until chilled
  2. Strain over ice and top it up with ginger Kombucha
  3. Garnish with pineapple leaves and dehydrated pineapple

For Infused rum,

Infuse 90ml rum in 20g Goa tea blend for around 6-8 hours to get a good flavour in a sealed jar
