This concoction of white rum infused with Ahista Tea's Tropical Goa Blend,
mixed with flavourful pineapple juice, and Ginger and Turmeric Kombucha will transport you to the beach.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz / 45ml Tropical Goa tea infused white rum
- 0.75 oz / 22.5ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz / 15ml Lime Juice
- 1 oz / 30ml Ginger Kombucha / Ginger Ale
- 2 dashes Sakura fresh Tropical Bitters
Method
- In a cocktail shaker, add infused rum, fresh pineapple juice, lime juice and bitters over ice and shake until chilled
- Strain over ice and top it up with ginger Kombucha
- Garnish with pineapple leaves and dehydrated pineapple
Infuse 90ml rum in 20g Goa tea blend for around 6-8 hours to get a good flavour in a sealed jar
