Dinner's on the table in no time with this quick oven-baked pork sausage and salad dish, served with hummus, mustard and sharp cheddar.

- Pork Sausages
- Edible flower salad
- Walnut
- Gur
- Truffle oil
- Hummus
- Sharp Cheddar
- Colmans Mustard
- Cook sausages in the oven, at 180 F, with garlic, chillies and seasoning for 20-25 minutes till the sausages are a rust colour and crisp on the outside.
- Plate it up with a salad mix of your choice, some mustard, hummus and sharp cheddar on the side.
- Lightly drizzle all over with truffle oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
