No-carb Sausage and Salad with Hummus & Truffle Oil

Dinner's on the table in no time with this quick oven-baked pork sausage and salad dish, served with hummus, mustard and sharp cheddar.

Ingredients 

Method

  1. Cook sausages in the oven, at 180 F, with garlic, chillies and seasoning for 20-25 minutes till the sausages are a rust colour and crisp on the outside. 
  2. Plate it up with a salad mix of your choice, some mustard, hummus and sharp cheddar on the side.
  3. Lightly drizzle all over with truffle oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
