Love for toast never ends! This is a Mediterranean-inspired Avocado Toast made with freshly baked and toasted sourdough.
- Toast the sourdough in ghee
- Smear on Harissa paste
- Layer with sliced avocado and onion
- Make a sunny side up egg and gently place it onto the avocado and onion on the toast. Season with salt and pepper
- Add Microgreens on top
- Sprinkle generously with Za’atar powder
That’s literally about it, and while the steps are small and easy, the flavour is immaculate! And like with most of our recipes, it’s healthy!
Star ingredient - Earth Kitchen Harissa paste - the texture is smooth, and the taste is smokey/peppery with the right amount of spice. Must try.
