45ml Irish whiskey
3-4 dashes of aromatic bitters
60ml cold brew concentrate
Method
Pour all the liquids in a glass, stir about 30 times.
Pour over a large ice cube in a rocks glass, stir well, squeeze an orange peel on the glass, serve orange peel with the drink.
