- Butter garlic prawns
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fiery Fettuccine
- Chilli Flakes
- Boil the pasta as per packet instructions and reserve the cooking water.
- In a pan, add the garlic, garlic prawns, cherry tomatoes and cook till the prawns are just cooked, add some torn basil leaves.
- To this add a bit of the pasta cooking water and the pasta, add the chilli flakes and the Parmesan, feel free to add more cooking water to make it as saucy as you like.
