Breakfast Bagel with Marinated Tofu

Start the day right with plant-based goodness. This ultimate, vegan, protein-packed breakfast bagel is the perfect meal to kickstart your morning. The best part - it's totally customisable. Use your choice of sauce, protein and veggies but we highly recommend sticking to the bagel.


  1. Marinate the tofu in soy sauce and sriracha, fried on the pan. Set aside. 
  2. Cut the bagel in half and toast it, spread the vegan cheese sauce both halves.
  3. Place your tofu on the bottom bagel, top with shredded carrots and sandwich!
